What are my delivery options?

DRIP SHHOP – we offer free delivery anywhere in south Africa from 5 pairs and above….we also ships sneaker worldwide contact us for the shipping charges for international orders

How long does it take for delivery?

Our delivery times are within 7 to 10 working days for main city centres  during office hours, Monday to surtuday, 8am to 5pm. DRIP SHOP wants to deliver on time as promised. However, things happen and so we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

You can expect delivery:

Main Centres (Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, George, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, East London, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane and Kimberley) within 2 working days.

Regional areas within 5 to 7 working days.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

DRIPSHOP offers you the following payment methods: Payment via credit card we accepts credit card and chipped debit/cheque card payment via Visa, MasterCard and America Express only. We make use of the 3D-Secure authentication system to verify cardholder details with your bank; this links you directly to your bank via a secure link. The transaction then takes place within your bank’s secure environment and we won’t have access to any of your card details. You can rest assured that your card details will by no means be available to, or accessible by, us or any third parties. .

Payfast is a payment method that takes the hassle out of EFT payments. Payfast facilitates your online banking EFT process and enables your order status to be updated immediately. This is a secure payment method. Payfast, our payment service provider, has EV SSL encryption certificates which gives their payment processing service an extremely high level of security. When paying using Payfast, the communication between you and your bank occurs as it normally would. PayU merely facilitates the transaction between you and dripshop. Payfast does not store any online banking login details. Instant EFT is available to all Nedbank, Standard Bank, Capitec, FNB, Investec and Absa customers and many more. These payments are processed immediately and provide a secure transfer for immediate payment.

My items haven't been delivered yet, what do I do?

Do not bite your nails just yet; we will try everything to get your new products to you in time. If you have not received your order, feel free to contact our fabulous Customer Loyalty team and they will help you to locate your order. You are able to track the status of your order online using your order number.
