REFUND POLICY

If you are for any reason not satisfied with the product, you are welcome to log a request for return, exchange or refund if the below terms and conditions are met.

Returns and exchanges can be logged directly with dripshop.co.za within 5 days after delivery.

The product to be returned in original packaging, and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted should the product be deemed purposely damaged or damaged due to negligence. dripshop.co.za reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that are not returned within 5 days from the date customer received the delivery of goods, if the items are not faulty.

You will need to provide us with the following:

·The reason for the return

·The invoice for each item returned

Please ensure that the returned item is well packaged in the original packing, as sensitive products not packed well might be damaged in transit and this will not be refunded if the items were not correctly packaged.

dripshop will only be liable for upliftment costs if product was delivered faulty, for any other reason for return customer will need to pay courier fees for collection and delivery to the address that will be provided once communication has been sent on email.

. All products returned will be inspected, we will inform you on email once we have received the product back and confirm whether this item is eligible for a refund after the inspection process is complete.10% restocking fee on refunds
